Introduction:
Orum is the AI-powered Live Conversation Platform to supercharge sales activity, connect teams, and drive more revenue. Orum is the all-in-one platform for all-round better sales. Build on dialers with a suite of products for coaching, analytics, and much more. Orum has raised over $50M through its Series B round from investors like Tribe Capital, Craft Ventures, Unusual Ventures, and Neo.
Their mission and vision: Accelerating sales teams to achieve more. We know that conversations are the most direct way to build relationships and trust with prospects. And that sales teams can reach their full potential when given the opportunity, tools, and training they need. We want to make sales more human.
Problem:
We started working with Orum’s team in Q2 of 2022. When Orum started with us they had a small presence on social without a consistent approach to engaging their community and their prospective audience. They knew that LinkedIn was the major platform for B2B connections and saw that their own sales teams and executives were using it to great effect. They wanted to increase awareness of their brand, their product, and the great work and exciting growth of their team through the social media presence for the company.
Our Organic Social team came in and helped Orum refine their social branding and create a strategy to establish a strong social footprint, drive new informative and engaging content from across their company, engage and promote their team members’ growing personal social presence, and share Orum’s many growing efforts in thought leadership on sales and AI that would entice potential new hires and new prospects, and engage their existing community and audience.
Solution & Results:
Using the research that the Stackmatix team found we created a holistic content strategy to develop a consistent content stream that would appeal to their audience and drive social awareness of their brand. Stackmatix worked hand-in-hand with Orum’s marketing, communications, and events teams to ensure that we captured and helped grow awareness of all of the insightful and impressive work that the Orum team is doing.
With this new stream of content, Stackmatix considerably increased Orum’s social media presence on LinkedIn over the last year (Q3 2022 to Q2 2023). Stackmatix drove increases in monthly average impressions of 638% and in monthly average engagements of 1758%. But it wasn’t just more impressions driving more engagements as the content created connected with audiences and engagement rate increased by 152%. Stackmatix also drove growth across important LinkedIn metrics with increases in monthly average likes of 1082%, in monthly average post clicks of 2060%, and in monthly average shares of 671%, helping to spread awareness of their brand far beyond followers to other prospective clients, employees, and people in the industry. All of this expansion in content, impressions, and engagement led to big gains in followers for Orum growing by 120%.
Over the last year working together, Orum raised an impressive $22M Series B round led by Tribe Capital with additional investments from Craft Ventures and Unusual Ventures, re-launched their brand, and considerably grew their team and their clientele, driving incredible value and growth for their customers. This quarter promises even greater growth for Orum and Stackmatix and we’re excited to continue accelerating through 2023 together.
